Early Access Terms

These terms govern the CDNLive early-access website and contact list, operated by Amtecco BV (Amtecco), registered at Uitbreidingstraat 60, 2600 Antwerp, Belgium, enterprise number 0748.398.550 (VAT BE0748398550).

By submitting the early-access form you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form.

1. What early access is

Early access is a product-research and contact programme. Joining the list does not create an account, start a subscription, reserve delivery capacity, guarantee admission to the programme, or authorise us to provision any service on your behalf. There is no charge and no payment obligation.

2. Product preview

Everything described on this website describes an intended service and is subject to change. Features, limits, pricing and service terms will be confirmed in writing before any account is activated. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, a service-level commitment, or a guarantee that a particular feature will ship.

3. No production service yet

Do not submit live origins, API credentials, payment details, confidential media, or personal viewer data through the early-access form. Production use will be governed by a separate service agreement, an acceptable-use policy, data-processing terms, and pricing accepted before activation.

4. Contact permission

By joining, you ask Amtecco to contact you about CDNLive. You may withdraw that permission at any time by emailing privacy@amtecco.com. How we handle your details is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use of this website

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its systems, submit another person's details without their permission, or use automated means to abuse our forms. We use anti-abuse measures and may block access accordingly.

6. Intellectual property

CDNLive branding, website copy, designs and content belong to Amtecco or its licensors. No licence is granted other than to view this website.

7. Availability & changes

The early-access website is provided on an as-available basis and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time. We may also close the early-access programme, or decline any request to join it, at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and the early-access programme are provided without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy. For the early-access list we act as the controller.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the programme develops. Changes take effect when posted, and are reflected in the “last updated” date above.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. The courts of Brussels, Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
